Wow!! I am extremely impressed with Ms. Draper. And I’m pretty hard on realtors and extremely picky about finding a home. Then there’s the negotiation process and was pleasantly surprised with Stacy and how she handles all the necessary steps with professionalism. She is always there to answer my calls, listens to me and is really candid on the process. Stacy is not just looking to sell you a house but find the right home for your specific needs and desires. I would totally recommend Stacy if you are looking for a great Realtor!
From the very beginning of our house hunt, Stacy was on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial sit down to talk about neighborhoods, our budget, etc. and she worked to put together a plan that was extremely personalized and yet so professional. She sourced homes for us to check out and it wasn’t uncommon for me to receive emails from her in the middle of the night with updates or just checking in. She was also very much in tune with what our priorities were when looking for our home. She came to the table with vendor relationships and recommendations which proved to be invaluable as we are new to the Newport Beach area. On top of everything else, Stacy guided us through the entire process with a smile. Besides her sharp professionalism and attention to detail, she brought personality, humor and levity to every single day, something that was invaluable to me. I guess it goes without saying, but Stacy will be our agent of choice for all of our future real estate endeavors. Cannot. Recommend. Her. Enough.
Don’t be fooled by the process of buying or selling a home. It is not a DIY thing. Believe me. I tried it. For 3 months. I owned a rental in Irvine that we had decided to sell. The tenant living in it expressed interest in buying the home. Well 3 months later, he couldn’t get financed or decided not to buy it or whatever….So I called Stacy on that Tuesday, she had the home ready and her photographer took all of the pictures that Thursday, had the house on the MLS on that Friday, Open house that Saturday-Sunday and an offer $20K over our asking price the NEXT DAY. And now the real work begins! Stacy had our back the entire process with the inspectors, she has great contractors if needed, and she dominated the buyer’s agent throughout the whole process. If you want a relentless Agent that will produce for you Stacy is your Agent for life.
If you’re looking to buy or sell your home, the only realtor you should turn to is Stacy Draper. She has a pulse on every nuance of the market, is a strong and creative negotiator, is proactive in solving potential issues, is an excellent communicator on both sides and goes beyond the call of duty to listen to your needs and deliver. Stacy not only found us our dream home, but also effectively negotiated to meet (and surpass!) all of our needs, even though the odds were against us and we were pretty demanding. She is not only professional, but a true pleasure to work with. She will absolutely work for you and I give Stacy Draper my highest rating.
Stacy was a pleasure to work with from planning repairs and staging the house to close of escrow. We were on a tight schedule and Stacy was “on it” throughout the process. She received multiple offers over asking price within 3 days of the listing. She was professional and available for any and all questions. I would highly recommend Stacy Draper to anyone that wants results.
I have never met someone so intuitive who is able to listen for understanding and ask probing questions to further define my needs. Stacy does not stop there. She also watches for physical cues as to how you react to certain spaces, neighborhoods, and surroundings. She uses this keen acumen to define target areas that will best meet your needs. In my case, she wanted to make sure that I understood what was available, within my comfort zone, a little above it, and a little below it – so that I could make an informed decision to best meet the needs of my family. Once we defined my ideal location, Stacy advocated for me by doing her homework and knowing all comps – not only within my neighborhood but surrounding neighborhoods, and placed us in a position where I could not only get the best price but also make sure that my to-do list was addressed before accepting a contract. This combination of intelligence, intuition, and hard work (willingness to get her hands dirty) makes her the ideal agent to have in your corner. As a veteran of a navy family who has moved on the average of once every two years, I have never experienced someone so professional, personable, and tenacious. I highly recommend her to anyone who has the desire to avoid the typical and expect excellence.
