It could be a good idea to take a little step into the housing market now if uncontrollable price growth has kept you out previously. The wait is over now! This is the best time to buy a house, the best opportunity for first time home buyers, mortgage rates are decreasing, and buyers have the advantage right now because it’s the ideal time to purchase a property.
