    • Spot Paint
      Touch up both interior and exterior paint.

      Clean or replace carpet in areas with heavy wear.

      Keep the interior and exterior clean and odor free.

    • Curb Appeal
      Trim any overgrown bushes, mow the lawn and keep it free of leaves or snow. Make sure the front of the home is clean and appealing. You want to make a strong first impression!

    • Find Potential Problems Early
      Once you’ve completed these steps you may want to hire someone to perform a pre-listing inspection. Buyers will be hiring professional inspectors too; this is your chance to find and address problems before it’s time to sell.

Waiting will probably not result in improved circumstances; thus, now is a great time to sell a house. The combination of limited inventory and high demand is beneficial for maximizing revenues. Due to the lack of alternatives, there is a higher chance that many bidders may compete for your house. If you are an experienced

Despite recent changes in the market, there is still a shortage of available properties, and interest rates on mortgages are still historically low. However, any of these factors may alter before the end of the year, giving buyers additional control.

IMPACT OF MORTGAGE RATE

The average interest rate for a 30-year fixed mortgage has decreased from its peak in June to 5.33%. As mortgage rates are falling and home price growth is slowing and occasionally failing to outpace inflation year-over-year, this may open up a small opportunity for home buyers this autumn. As we go into the fall market, mortgage rates may continue to decline, according to July’s flat inflation figures.

We can’t yet tell if this will moderate the recent increases in inventory or maintain the seller’s market.
